Data we collect

Through the early access form we collect: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, fleet size and types, and role. The site also uses product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the page is used.

Purposes

• Answering your request and contacting you with nugeo launch information.
• Preparing and sending you a quote for the service.
• Improving this site and our communication.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you may access, update, rectify and delete your data, and revoke your authorization, by writing to admin@carguero.co. We will answer within the terms the law establishes.

Processors and transfers

We use infrastructure and messaging providers (site hosting, email delivery and analytics) that process data on nugeo's behalf under their own security standards. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to nugeo.

Retention

We keep data while the purpose that motivated its collection exists, or as required by law.
